We created TOXYFREE to make toxin-free living feel simple, joyful, and supportive. That includes being clear about refunds, cancellations, and how we handle mistakes. If you need help, we’re here: [email protected].


1) Valet Service (Annual Renewal)

What you get: immediate access to all digital classes + recordings, monthly live calls, Coaching Corner, and private, below-retail Valet pricing (excludes farm food).

Refunds:
Because Valet includes private pricing that often recoups the annual fee in just a few purchases, the annual Valet service fee is non-refundable once access is granted.

Renewal reminders (no surprises):
We send gentle reminders ~30 days, 7 days, and 2 days before your annual renewal.

How to cancel (anytime):

  • Manage your Valet service here: https://toxyfreepath.com/login

  • Or simply reply to any email with “Please cancel” and we’ll take care of it with gratitude.
    Your cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-period refunds.

Fairness exceptions (we’ll make it right):

  • Duplicate charge or accidental double purchase

  • Billing error on our side
    Email [email protected]within 14 days and we’ll review and correct any verified errors.


 


2) Digital Courses (One-Time Purchases)

You get instant access to course content, downloads, and replays.

Refunds:
All digital course purchases are non-refundable once access is granted, due to the immediate, full value delivery of digital materials.

Fairness exceptions (we’ll help):

  • You were charged twice for the same course

  • You cannot access the course due to a technical issue we can’t resolve within 7 days of your first support request

We’re human and we care—please email us first at [email protected] or call 651-214-2040 so we can resolve billing issues quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us slows everything down; we can usually fix things within 1–2 business days once we have details.
